Delete your DartLab account

Delete your account in the app

1. Sign in to DartLab.
2. Open “Profile & players”, then the account settings.
3. Select “Delete my account” and confirm the deletion.

Request deletion without the app

If you no longer have access to the app, email support@mydartlab.com from the address associated with your DartLab account. Include the account email address in your message so that we can identify and verify your account.

We will confirm receipt of your request and normally complete verified requests within 30 days.

Data that will be deleted

Deleting your account permanently deletes the associated DartLab data, including:

• your authentication account and email address;
• your profile, display name and profile photo;
• your saved matches, scores and dart throws;
• your training history and statistics.

Data is not retained after deletion unless retention is required by law, security or fraud-prevention obligations. Any such data is kept only for the required period and then deleted.
